Thank you so much for your question, so happy to hear that your lab is enjoying their collar! We can absolutely make a harness that works with the Fi Mini and is Chihuahua sized! We make two styles of harness, so the Mini would slip on in different places depending on the style chosen, Step In or Easy on. My personal favorite for my pup is the step in because I like the chest strap. For a Chihuahua, I recommend the 5/8" width, and they likely would be an XS or Small depending on their girth size. If you aren't sure on size/style send us an email to shop@mimigreen.com with their measurements. We can always do custom sizes as well!
